Pegasus Group are acting on behalf of Spitfire Homes to bring forward a high quality mixed use residential development at land to the southeast of Station Road, Broadway, part of the Spitfire Homes Bespoke Collection.

 

The site is allocated for a mixed-use residential development in the South Worcestershire Development Plan and identified as a proposed allocation in the emerging

South Worcestershire Development Plan and Broadway Neighbourhood Plan.  

 

We are currently preparing the necessary planning application for the proposed development and are keen to involve local people in shaping our ideas for the detailed proposals prior to the planning application being formally submitted to Wychavon Planning Authority.

The development will deliver much needed homes for Broadway and the immediately surrounding areas as well as the wider District, creating new homes for first time buyers and families, as well as those residents with specific housing needs, including older residents and those requiring easily accessible homes.   In addition, improved facilities for the benefit of the local community, including new and enhanced sports facilities, as well as new clubhouse, a community orchard and a children’s play area will be delivered as part of the development.  The proposed development will also contribute positively towards enhanced local services within the local area via s106 and Community Infrastructure Levy Payments.
