We are currently preparing the necessary planning application for the proposed development and are keen to involve local people in shaping our ideas for the detailed proposals prior to the planning application being formally submitted to Wychavon Planning Authority. 

 

Consultation relating to Milestone Ground, Broadway is being undertaken by Pegasus Group on behalf of Spitfire Homes.  There are a number of different ways in which we are involving as many people as possible in our consultation and we are encouraging everyone to share their thoughts and views in order to inform the preparation of the proposed development prior to the necessary planning application being submitted to Wychavon District Council.

 

You will have hopefully received a leaflet (left), which has been delivered to local

households, stakeholders and community groups, letting people know about our initial proposals for the site at these pre planning application stages and allowing them to make comments and let us know about any issues we should consider further prior to the submission of the planning application.

There will also however be the opportunity for local residents to comment further on the details of the proposals as part of Wychavon District Council’s formal public consultation on the submitted planning application.  This will include access to all detailed drawings and supporting technical reports.
